Shipping

Canadian, Mexican or Overseas customers:  Please contact us by e-mail at info@altmedicineshop.com or FAX us at 1-469-519-3942  for ordering instructions. Shipping to Canada, Mexico or Overseas:  Overseas, Mexican and Canadian customers are charged actual shipping costs. There is a $10.00 Customs Documentation fee.    Shipping time is  4 to 6 days.  We ship by USPS  in the continental USA.   It is our policy to ship all products within two business days, unless there are shortages from our suppliers, in which case we will notify you immediately by e-mail or telephone to either confirm or cancel your order.   Under most circumstances,  orders are filled on the same day if they are received before 1:00PM Central Standard Time.    Shipping rate in the United States is $5.95 per order, regardless of weight ,*or location unless otherwise specified for a specific product. * Special shipping rates apply to the products One Step and Nutri Fiber due to the weight and size of the products. Please note:  Orders  are shipped by  Priority Mail for a  charge of $5.95.  Due to the weight of the One Step Product and the Nurti-Fiber product the shipping fee is $10.20 . Orders of $150 or more receive  free shipping in the United States and Canada. All other international destinations  we are allowed to ship to pay regular shipping charges. .

4 ways to order:  online, by phone, by FAX or by mail.    TO VIEW OUR PRODUCTS:  Click on any item in the Products by Category column on the left side of the page to see products listed by category.  When you click on a category, all items in that category will be displayed.   You may click on any of the products displayed in a category to get a more detailed description of that product.   Or you may click on the Search  navigation button to search for products using an ingredient, product number, or name. We have four ways to order:   1.  ORDER ONLINE:  To order on-line, find the product you want to order, enter the quantity you wish to buy, and click on Add to Cart.  When you have all the items in the shopping cart you wish to buy, click on Submit.  You will be led through several screens which allow you to add your shipping & billing info, determine the shipping cost, etc.  When the credit card form appears enter all the appropriate information, and submit.  Be sure that the billing address is the same as that shown on your credit card account.  You must enter a valid phone number and email address.    2.  ORDER BY PHONE:  If you are ordering on our toll-free line, write down the product names, numbers and prices shown on the web site.   Have these numbers, and your credit card information ready when you call our order desk, at 1-800-530-3775.   3.  ORDER BY MAIL:    Print out an order form from the Home page (in the upper right corner).  Fill out the form and mail the order and payment to:  Alternative Medicine Shop 9603 Custer Road Suite 1115 Plano, TX 75025 4.  ORDER BY FAX:  Use the same procedure as with a mail in order.     Add your credit card number, expiration date, and sign your name as authorization.  Then FAX the order form to 1-469-519-3942. AAbout Credit Card Security We use secure credit card processing by AuthorizeNet to provide secure transactions when you shop on our web site.  This helps guard against hackers who have obtained stolen credit card account information.  Stolen credit card account information is a very common problem, meaning that they don't have your card, but they have all the information from your credit card account.  AuthorizeNet encryption eliminates the illegal use of your information on our web site.   Please provide your telephone number and email address when you order, so that we may get in touch with you if we suspect that someone else is trying to use  your credit card information.  We cannot protect against someone who actually has your credit card in their possession. When you shop online using our shopping cart, all of your credit card information is fully encrypted.  None of our staff or anybody at the card processing companies has access to your credit card information.  When you order by phone, we do not keep a record of your credit card.  You must supply this information each time you order.
