Shipping to Canada, Mexico or Overseas:  Overseas, Mexican and Canadian customers are charged actual shipping costs. There is a $10.00 Customs Documentation fee.    Shipping time is  4 to 6 days.  We ship by UPS  in the continental USA.   It is our policy to ship all products within two business days, unless there are shortages from our suppliers, in which case we will notify you immediately by e-mail or telephone to either confirm or cancel your order.   Under most circumstances,  orders are filled on the same day if they are received before 1:00PM Central Standard Time.  Orders are shipped from Irving, Texas, so you may figure UPS delivery times based on your location.  Shipping rate in the United States is $5.95 per order, regardless of weight or location. Please note:  Orders of $75 or more are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail at no additional charge over over our standard shipping charge of $5.95.  UPS 2nd day air requires 2 business days.  Due to its weight, product #919, One-Step cannot be shipped by air. Orders of $150 or more are shipped free of charge by UPS 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail in the USA. For overnight delivery, please order on our toll-free number, since at the present time our shopping cart cannot calculate overnight shipping.

Return Policy

We are confident of the quality of our products and offer a 100% satisfaction policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, return the product to us within 30 days and we will prompty return your purchase price.  Shipping is not refundable.   Products that require refrigeration, such as SAMe Forte, Acidophilus E.C., Bifido Plus E.C., Multi Dophilus and Pro Dophilus are non-returnable.
